  Always helpful and friendly,. When you visit here for the first time you don't want to go anywhere else. They helped me understand the options and what's wrong with the a bike. The prices are reasonable. I have made this my go to bike shop for my bike needs.

  Took my bike in to get a snapped axle replaced when I realised that I didn't have the tools to do it properly at home. The job got done, the price was slightly above what you can get it for elsewhere in Cov, but the customer service was downright terrible. The guy behind the counter was grumpy, patronising and clearly did not want me there. In addition, the first ride after getting it back saw the brand new inner tube burst (I suspect because of overfilling - there are no punctures) but I can't get at it to replace it because the bolts have been tightened to the point that they've scored the metal underneath. Tl;Dr - poor customer service, overpriced, and sloppy workmanship. Do not recommend.
