  Bought a car from here September 2016 which I was really happy with and paid for a year's warranty. The air con did not work when I bought the car so i rang them and they said their repair garage can fix it for free but they are only open Monday to Friday till 5... What kind of garage only opens when everyone is at work??? I left it for the winter as obviously I didn't need it and I finally managed to get some holiday from work so I can have this done and they denied me as it had been "left too long". I cannot afford to have time off from work as saving for house and generally living at the same time is extremely expensive, but they were not willing to understand this. So do not buy their warranty as they will try to get out of it and have a garage that basically isn't open.
