I have been to Bates Timber Merchants on a few occasions and have always found the staff knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable also. Was served today by Scott who managed to source a specific peiece of material for me, nothing was too much trouble. Well done chaps, excellent customer service, I would highly recommend.
