  THE WORST EXPERIENCE; theres a older lady there who works there, I believe she is the mother of the optician who does the tests. This lady will not give you a break, she literally gives you no space to choose what you want to buy or if you can get glasses for free she wont let you look at them glasses and she'll force you to look at the ones you pay for which I don't mind but she cannot dictate what I do buy and what I don't. I don't need prescribed sunglasses and she tries to force me to buy sunglasses because we obviously live in sunny England don't we. She needs to be fired for guilting people into buying things they don't need and not giving customers any personal space. I will definitely make a formal complaint to Boots customer service and HR. Stop hiring incompetent people, I've now moved to Specsavers down the road and I'm actually very happy. They let me choose what I want and don't cause a fuss around me. Also told my whole family to move to Specsavers and will continue to recommend it to my friends who go to this horrible opticians. I'm not the only one who has a problem with the way their staff behaves here.
