  Monday 19 February 2018. This is a copy of the e- mail I posted after a complete refurbishment of our bathroom in mid.January. Nothing has changed I am still unable to find anything that does not please me, I am very impressed in all respects. Even the after sale service/ contact has been first class. I have given my permission for City Bathrooms to release my contact number for anybody who may wish to view their work and attempt to find any imperfections I have overlooked ! . There is no such thing as perfection but Ryan Haddon ,one of your fitters ,came very close! Ryan worked extremely hard and put in that extra effort to make sure his finished work was serviceable, symmetrical and met with all of our requests. He was also very patient and answered our many stupid questions in a positive and non condescending way. We were also pleased with Andy who who originally pointed us in the right direction and gave advice on what would and wouldn't work. The project was not cheap and we did have have a lot of dust and disruption but it was all professionally managed and we did eventually end up with a quality product and service. I have subsequently sat on my new comfort height toilet and looked around to find fault, so far I have FAILED We would certainly recommend City Bathrooms for a professional service and installation.
