  Grade 2 listed building. Coventry’s round market. I love this old place. You’ve got your traditional fruit and veg stalls along side vintage clothing and rare old records. A cobbler, a seamstress, a nail parlour and a tattoo artist. Fancy dress birthday cards and cakes made to order. Whatever you need you’ll get it here. Unfortunately the roundabout has gone along with the white van man. Come on ladies gather round have I got a bargain for you today

  Coventry market, has a friendly and warm welcoming atmosphere with its external and internal market stalls. Its unique characteristic is that it has a very welcoming atmosphere. If it is not the smell of the fish market stall section, or the hustle and bustle, of the lively vegetable and salad produce. This market is built purposely as a wheel hub, as seen from a bird's eye view. Coventry still is a vibrant city, and will be the city of culture 2021, it may be three years away but preparations are well under way for this prestigious event. The Coventry is almost centre of the town centre. It has an old fashioned friendliness when you, interact with the stall holders. Unlike, Morrison's supermarket where they excel at being hostile and anti-social to its customers.i have often found on Jas's stall and the gent that currently runs the seeds and gardening plant stall, to actually go that extra yard to keep your custom.its what's shopping is all about, enjoying the experience not hating it. That's Coventry market a friendly, enjoyable shopping experience.
