Today me and my 3 friends were clothes shopping and we all went to the changing rooms. We usually all go into the same changing room so we can see each other's outfits and take photos and stuff. We walked in got our number things for how many clothes we had then walked into one of the bigger changing rooms which everybody goes in when they are trying on clothes with their friends as who wants to go clothes shopping and not show their friends how they look right? So we walked into the changing rooms and we were all getting undressed (not anything sexual atal we are best friends and are comfortable with seeing each other) then someone outside our changing room said "excuse me" and my friend said "yeah?" And she said "you have to be in seperate changing rooms or leave" so we obviously didn't want to argue so we started putting our clothes back on I was fully dressed but my friend still had to put her jeans on and my other friend did not have a top on and we heard someone indirectly say "they can either get out and go into seperate changing rooms or you can ask them to leave" and then someone else said "it's a disabled changing room anyway what are they doing in there" baring in mind there is no sign to say it's a disabled changing room and everyone I know goes into the bigger changing rooms if they want to go in toghether. My friend was pulling up her jeans and my other friend still had no top on and she was putting the top she was about to try on back on the hanger and 2 of the staff opened the curtain half way and revealed to everyone sitting waiting for a changing room or waiting for people they were with to try on clothes my friends indecent (there were men sitting waiting also) we walked out and one of the staff members whispered "children" as if to say what we were doing was childish. We had only been in the changing room for about 30 seconds and were only planning on trying on outfits we were buying for an upcoming event as I say we wanted to see what each other looked like in the outfits etc; we weren't causing any problems atal. My friend was looked in the eye by a man around 30 and she was in her bra. This is harrasment and I'm actually disgusted the way we were treated. We are all of the ages of 15-16 so we are not children and all we wanted to do was try on dresses which we were planning on buying for a birthday party soon.
